With too many road bikes already, I'd lost momentum on my street XT500 project, so I decided the XT is going dirt. Basically I'm making it a TT500, using a lot of the parts from the roach TT I'd bought awhile back.
Gotta get back to work on the TC-90, here in the "clean room" of my workshop.
I picked this up for almost nothing over the weekend. It is a '68 DT-1 chassis with a '72 engine, the same reed valve engine as my DT-3. The forks, wheels and tank are Suzuki. The '68 is the first year for the DT-1, but unfortunately not much of the original bike left on this one, but it'll make a fun racer of some sort.
The CT tank I didn't use the SR is going to be perfect for it. I'll just be collecting parts for it for the time being.
