I've been doing some cleanup on the '75 XS650 engine to get it ready for teardown. Not getting detailed with it at this point, but just getting the gunk off to make it easier to work on.
Steel parts all ready, I can't wait for when it is time to reassemble the bike.
Time to prep the body parts. I kinda dig the old tank paint, but it couldn't be farther from what I want on this bike, so it's gotta go.
I'm glad to see this blue gone.
Parts blasted and getting a coat of self-etching primer, starting with the inside areas.
I haven't decided on what color it will be, but thinking silver.

Let me know if you need any odd or ends, I have a complete '79 in boxes minus the motor and forks that I've already got rid of.
I could use a spare motor and forks.
I'll let you know if i need anything. Thanks!
