Getting more of the grunt work on the XS knocked out, the polishing of the fork lowers. I cut off the lower fender mounting tabs, since they aren't needed for the fender I'm using. This is the left side, and I'd considered cutting off the unused caliper mount tabs, but I might end up adding a second rotor, so left them. 1975 was the last year for the calipers in front of the forks on the XS650.
