Jungle Park Speedway Reunion part 3
At the last reunion I bought the book The Ghosts of Jungle Park by Tom Williams. This year I bought the book Tony Bettenhausen & Sons from Merle Bettenhausen. Merle is as good as they get. Really a cool guy.
The book is very well done, and chronicles the history of one of the most amazing family legacies in racing.
It is chock full of great pictures also. Although focused on the Bettenhausen family, it also tells much of the story of American auto racing in general, since the family's history spans such a long period of time.
