I scrubbed and cleaned up the caliper parts using automatic transmission fluid. It works well to loosen up the grunge.
All four pistons had pitting.
I bought two new sets from ebay seller Kenosha Kid in Germany. They are beautifully machined stainless steel, and at an excellent price.
The new seals and bleeder screws and caps are from MikesXS.
I wanted to use the modern Yamaha emblems, so bought some from ebay seller storecxdotcom. These are 4.5 cm, so a perfect fit.
Here they are ready to install. The paint is VHT 'satin black' caliper paint.

Indiana Motorcycle Expo part 2
Dreyer Honda South is now an EBR dealer.
Mikey Teutul of American Chopper in the house. He makes everyone smile.
Indiana currently doesn't have a Moto Guzzi dealership, but it looks like Vespa Shelbyville will soon be carrying the brand. They had a V7 Racer at the show, and the fit and finish are excellent. It looks like a great bike for the $9995 price tag.
Indiana Motorcycle Expo part 1
This weekend was the 2013 Indiana Motorcycle Expo at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Here are a few from the Hoosier Motorcycle Hall of Fame display.
The Biker’s Showcase.
1970 Trail 70, with a few mods.
This Triumph was one of my favorites.
