DT1 flat track project

It's getting closer! I'm super happy with how the gold paint and red badges look on the tank.

Bike looks very nice. Super clean look. Great attention to detail.

I've been working on a 1971 DT1 Street Tracker on & off for a couple of years. Want to finish it soon. I bought a JEMCO pipe and am happy with the performance (significant boost in power) but not with the looks/shape of head pipe transition to the chamber.

Your pipe has very smooth transition to the chamber, where did you get it?

Regards,
Scott

Thanks! I used a u-bend section of pipe to make the head pipe transition. You can get them on ebay or a place like Summit Racing. Here is some more information on my pipe: http://the520chaincafe.blogspot.com/2013/10/dt1-flat-track-project_13.html

Very nice, did you have to run a spacer under the cylinder to run the long rod DT1 lower end with the later reed cylinder?

Thanks Mark. It is a '73 DT3 top and lower end, so no spacer.
