Here it is now looking much better.

I got a K&N tach plug that replaces the tach drive from ebay seller vintagepartsgirl. To replace the stock plastic vent fittings a got a couple 1/8" NPT x 3/16" ID hose nickel plated brass fittings from ebay seller MettleAir. You just tap the case and flywheel cover for these.

I'll be premixing the gas on this bike. To eliminate the pump I got a Yamaha part number 161-15426-00 block-off. I made an aluminum block-off to replace the oil line grommet, and cut off and sealed with a pop rivet the cable adjuster.

The case hardware came from ebay seller motodad24.

The gasket set is from ebay seller Your Trash My Treasure.

Once the cylinder is back from the machine shop, I'll have the engine pretty much done.
